St. Britto High School is one of the 2400 schools run by the Jesuits all over the world.

Jesuit Education believes in the following Principles of Teaching:
1. Jesuit Education covers three 'H's' - Head, Heart and Hand which is also mentioned in Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm (IPP).
2. Teaching is a beautiful profession. As teachers we can touch the hearts of the students.
3. Teachers can change the world but to achieve this, teachers need to change themselves as per the times and adopt new methods of teaching.
4. Teachers need to be role models to the students by being humble.
5. Teachers need to face plenty of challenges without giving up.
6. Teachers cannot work as individuals but together. As individuals teachers cannot achieve much but when they work and walk together, they can achieve results.
7. Teachers need to respect culture, tradition and religion. School is not an entity of a building but consists of human beings who love others and dream to work for others.
